Geforce 8800m on Sony Vaio FZ21E Windows 7

Hi I have a Sony Vaio FZ and sadly it is not allowing me to install the Geforce 8800 driver I've downloaded from Nvidia, anyone help me out on this? I've read somewhere that some manual changes need to be done to inf files, but i forgot the link to where i saw it, so any help appreciated. I have 195.62 driver from Nvidia, both the notebook and the desktop versions. thanks
