Hi
I'm trying to make a media center PC out of my old Dell Dimension, and everything works fine except for my Netgear WG111v2 USB WiFi.
I have tried virtually every driver I could find - from the Netgear site (only Vista drivers though), other drivers from several forums (like Sevenforums), and those Realtek drivers to the wireless chip that should be in the USB - but unfortunately those doesn't work at all for me (32-bit Windows 7 Ultimate).
Even tried to install drivers from some .inf files I unpacked, but still no result.
When running the Netgear driver install (v3.4 I think) it works fine until I am asked to connect the USB to the PC - the installer simply dissappears, but the process keeps running.
Anyone has updates or experience about this?
Thanks in advance,
