Hi,

I just installed windows 7 64bit. I have a sound blaster audigy as installed the latest drivers from creative (SBAX_PCDRV_LB_2_18_0011.exe). I get no sound out of the card at all. Device manager shows the device is working correctly. I have also picked it as the default in the sound settings. No sound at all.

Running a Gigabyte EP45-UD3P wtih 8gigs of ram. This board has onboard audio which I disabled via the bios. Still got no sound from the audigy.

check these settings for sound issues

Go to control panel

2. Double-Click on the Sound Icon

3. Single-click the Speakers to highlight them

4. Click on Properties (bottom right corner)

5. Go to the Enhancements Tab and Click on it

6. Now click "Disable All Sound Effects"

Its a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy. SB0090.

According to Creatives site, should be working. But after reading the forums at creative there are a lot of users having problems.
