Please tell me if you find something. This is how I have to do now, to follow weather in my both homes here in Germany, two towns in my native Finland (birthplace & my mom's hometown), and two other cities which we have close contact with. Image is an detail from my desktop:

I use the Accu-Weather gadget. Just installed it 3 times and selected each with a different city I wanted to see. Works great for me. Hope this helps...
