Welcome!

Try upgrading the firmware on your drive. You can also try updating the drivers for it in Device Manager.

Good luck,
~JK

Are there more any other solutions to suggest ? Firmware upgrade seems to be hard work :P cd Drive worked fine with windows vista. If not then I still try to upgrade. What if I install windows 7 64bit ?

Well, in that firmware page they answered ''I do not think this is a firmware problem''. Installing win7 64bit right now, mby it helps. Any other suggestions ?

I noticed now that if i push few times eject button then cd drive dissapears from My computer and from Device Manager too. It seems windows thinks that eject button is cd drive power off button :P. With 64bit problem stays.

Could it be registry issue ?
I made this
Another thing to try would be to disable the driver signing permanently by disabling the integrity checks flag. To do this follow these instructions:

  1. Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Right click Command Prompt > Run as administrator.
  2. Paste the following line into the Command Prompt window and hit Enter

    bcdedit /set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
  3. Restart the computer.
After that this is not happening anymore. but still cd drive is not opening by button. ''I noticed now that if i push few times eject button then cd drive dissapears from My computer and from Device Manager too.''

PROBLEM SOLVED BY INSTALLING OpticalDrive PM Application!!!

Thank u all who tried to help !!!

How come you forgot the Acer Optical Drive PM Application...?:p

It is a manufacturer apps install since the beginning, surely you must have uninstall it!

By the way, if you want to know the DVD Burner firmware version, you should open the device manager (screenshot), then scroll the list for hardware ID (Drive_____xxxx___):
