Just had an update and now my USB ports read as 1.3???

Just had an update and now my USB ports read as 1.3??? They are very slow now especially with my IPOD. I have no idea why? I also get a popup that comes up stating form me to use the 2.0 USB if I have it which I do?


I am very confused but basically.... UPDATE 2.0 USB =1.3USB

you could try a few things.

1) Click on that popup and see where you can reset.
2) System restore to an earlier time.
3) Uninstall and reinstall your chipset drivers.
4) Scan for malware using a tool line malwarebytes antimalware.
5) unplug your computer from the power outlet, wait a few minutes and then plug it back in.
