Figured as the weather is what ever and have an overhang, I would treat the family to some slow smoked ribs and brisket. Now I know your mouth is watering for that slow cooked and smoked food. Just imagine some brisket that is slow cooked for 8 hours by smoke! The ribs will just fall off the bone when moved! And you wonder why I miss Texas now? The fire department came by as they thought there was a fire and I had to show em that I was just cooking. They made me promise to call em when it is done!
Oh yea, forgot to mention the home made jalapeno sausage smoked to perfection.
