Freezing at Starting Windows - Brand New Machine

I just bought a Lenovo G550 Laptop from the Microsoft Store. Brand New. I've had it for less than a full day. I started it up fine the first two times. I then started to install my programs (iTunes, MS Office, etc.). I ran a Windows Update. Restarted. And now it freezes at the "Starting Windows" screen. Right after the little balls form the Microsoft Logo. I'll even get the sound, although it's about a minute late. I've restarted it in Safe Mode, and it's fine there. I've tried using restore points, and it keeps telling me that the restore points have been deleted. I've tried disabling both the WLAN and the USB through the BIOS. I've tried disabling all startup programs through MSCONFIG. Still nothing. Does anyone have a suggestion? I'd format it and reinstall Windows, but it didn't come with a disk, and I didn't have a chance to create a Backup. Please Help!!

I would take it back stores have to take a product if you brought it within 7 days of the purchasing, if you can’t do that there should be a CDKey on the bottom of your laptop if you can get a copy of windows 7 (with ever version you have e.g. Home, Pro, Ultimate) reinstall windows.

Here in the US, that "7 days" varies from state to state. It might be more or less than seven. But your advice is right, it is a brand new machine and I, too, would take it back to the store.
