Sudden Restart!!!

I was just watching video on youtube when suddenly the PC truned off without any notification...and restarted
This happens now everytime after a few 30 mins...
Plz HELP!!!

Go here (see picture) make sure the auto restart is un checked. Next time it happens it wont reboot and you can then investigate the cause.

There a few likely causes - heat, drop in electricity, shoddy driver. Those may not cause your problem, but it is a place to start. Check whether your box is clean. Lint, etc. can raise the temperature.
And if you get a blue screen as per zigzag's instructions, give us the bugcheck codes.

I have un-checked the restart and will see when next time occurs...
There is nothing like power-drop down in my house (never-occured)...and i cleaned my PC yesterday.
