WIndows 7 keeps freezing on a dell inspiron 3900 laptop

My windows keeps freezing, i stream movies and do a little multitasking. do you think this laptop can even handle W7? should I down grade to avoid this prob? Or has anyone else had the same issue?

Please provide the following information -

1. Provide red error messages in the Event Log for more information:
a. Click "Start", input "eventvwr" (without quotation marks) in theStart Search bar and press Enter.
b. Go to Windows Logs - Application - note red errors.

2.To get a more definitive idea of what is happening we may also require the dmp files. Refer this link [1 - Novice] How to ask for help with a BSOD problem
Upload all of the minidump files located in C:\Windows\Minidump

3.Fill in your System Specs - User CP - Your Control Panel - Your Profile - Edit System Specs.
