local network works but internet doesn´t frequently

Hi, I have very frustrating problem with my connection to the Internet. Many times an hour, Internet as searching websites etc. is unavailable. But, this is weird, local network works, I tried FTP connection on my server in local network, filesharing etc. it works.
Sometimes I can use Skype or ICQ, but its not rule. Sometimes can sometimes can´t.
It doesn´t matter if I am connected via LAN or via WiFi. On both adapters is that problem.
Problem isn´t ISP, while is internet on my PC idle, other computers in the same network works.
Is only one solution: disable and enable network adapter. With LAN isn´t much frustrating, but with WiFi, it´s horrible. Sometimes it´s twice an hour, but usually it´s much often.

I tried many many solutions but neither than one was useful.
i tried disableing Bonjour service, enableing proxy settings (http://www.sevenforums.com/network-sharing/3830-internet-stopped-working-but-skype-still-connects.html) and many many others...

as attachment I´m adding ipconfig /all, it´s in czech, but I hope that you will understand it, for your understanding small dictionary:

With Bonjour disabling doesn't always work and you have to remove it from your system.

To fix ...
Run MsConfig

First disable Bonjour, Under the Services tab uncheck the service called "##Id_String1.6844[... and then a bunch of numbers]" by Apple.

To remove it from your system.
1. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Bonjour
2. Rename the mdnsNSP.dll file in that folder to mdnsNSP.old
3. Restart your computer
4. Delete the Program Files\Bonjour folder

So only certain programs can go online, browsers aren't working sometimes and the network is still up and running? Was this an upgrade installation from Vista?

So only certain programs can go online, browsers aren't working sometimes and the network is still up and running? Was this an upgrade installation from Vista?

yes, in most cases exactly like you said. In rare cases everything is down.
when Internet connection is idle, everything on network i OK (share, ftp, vnc, printing, etc...). But behind gateway. Pings can´t go through the gateway.

No it wasn´t upgrade. It´s normal OEM version supplied to new computer (laptop Asus N61).
It´s x64.

I´m considering upgrade to professional version W7. Maybe It will be solution...but I´m skeptic.

It sounds like either an A/V software or a third party firewall is blocking the connection to me. If you have any type of anti virus software installed you should uninstall it completely then test again.

That I tried, antivirus is uninstalled, I use windows firewall, but when the firewall is disabled, problem still appears.
I´m desperate... :-(
