No VGA Input while running directx 9 games

My GPU temperature is running at 100 degree celsius !
Please help me out !!

sounds like its time to clean the dust from ur cpu fan and heatsink. but remember, if u remove the heatsink, to replace the thermal compound.

Ok now i found out what the problem is -

I looked at various programs- Everest, Speedfan, and Xtreme tuner that i got with my Gpu and found that the fan speed of my GPU was 100% while it could only reach around 900 RPM. Isn't this TOO SLOW?
