Hello!

Well, I have had SRS sandbox installed and working perfectly for a few months now. Last night, upon restarting my Laptop, it no longer worked! It only produces horrible static and crackling sounds. This only occurs when SRS Sandbox is enabled. This literally happened upon a restart of my laptop, and I have no clue what could be causing this. I have done everything I can to try and fix this, including playing with the preferences in the options tab of the SRS Snadbox, Playing with the sound settings, and I still get absolutely nothing. Anyone have any suggestions? Your help will be greatly appreciated!

SRS v. 1.10.2, driver v. 1.10.1 (apparently the newest driver)
my sound: ATI High Definition Audio Device, IDT High Def. audio CODEC, SRS filter
(all drivers updated and working properly)

Please let me know if I need to give you any more info on my comp.

Have you tried a System Restore back to a date when it worked properly? If not give that a try. System Restore can be accessed from Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools. Select an available restore date when it did work properly. System Restore will not delete any user data or e-mails but if any programs or updates were installed or uninstalled they will have to be redone. System Restore also has an "undo" feature that you can use if it doesn't help.
