If you wish to change the Library icons in Windows 7, you can now do so easily with the help of this freeware utility.
Replace Librarie Icons is a freeware portable tool which lets you change the Windows Libraries Icons. You can choose from various options and even browse to your favorite icons folder and use them.
Once you’ve opened up the tool, you will be presented with list of icons and libraries. Click on the Library on the right-hand side, and then choose the icon on the left, and click Select Icon from dll.
You can also use the Select new Icon from file instead, if you don’t want to use a default Windows icon.
