Just so you know, Ken and I aren't the only members of this site. We have 200+ active, knowledgeable members, many of which I'm sure can figure out your problem. Ken and I just roam the Crashes section.

Have you tried a different set of headphones? Have you tried those headphones in another machine?

try Jon suggestion to see if the problems come from the headphone itself and if you have volume control on your headphone. try maxed it up.
You're using realtek. Go to realtek control panel, speakers tab, note upper right corner link for advanced settings, and try disabling front jack detection.

Alright i think its the headphones that are broken, i tried a different pair and they work fine. I tried the broken ones on the other computer and they still have extremely low volume.

actually when you're facing some hardware failure like monitor, headphone, etc. It's preferable for you to test it out on the computer to detect either the issues come from the hardware itself or from within you computer. nevertheless, glad you solved your problem .cheers
