File>Edit>View ect. problems

Hullo. I recently installed the custom theme patchs, and then a satisfactory theme with it, but I am having a problem with certain things looking different then they did when I bought the computer.

One of my problems (as my title states) is with the "File", "Edit" ect. buttons. When I highlight them with the mouse, or click on them, they are highlighted in a square, instead of the nice Vista/7 click. The same is with my Login after starting the computer.

Is this fixable?

Unfortunately, I have to say yes. Its only a darker grey.

Is there an app out there that anyone knows of that can fix this?

Could be changed in the Control Panel=> Personalization=> Windows Color=> Advanced Parameters.

Unfortunately, no matter how hard I look at that screenshot, I am still not sure how I would accomplish this, sorry. =/
