internet speed ??

Hi all.

in XP if you hovered the mouse over the internet icon down by the clock it gave you an idea of the speed, is there anything like it in windows 7.

actually in xp when u hover over the icon thats not your internet speed. thats the speed capable of the adapter in your pc. if u want to know ur actual internet speed use Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test and choose the location nearest to you.
