Freezing/Crashing/ Random reboot with Windows 7, playing games.

So I recently bought Battlefield Bad Company 2 from steam and I can barely play it I get into 5 mintues of gameplay when the computer locks up playing a looped sound very fast causing me to hard reboot (press the power button) I have done so much research on it. Tried to find a soultion I can't find anything. The computer will also spontantiously reboot without warning or anything popping up. I have updated Drivers, Windows 7. I have tried about everything. I need help. I can't play any games I have on the computer because of this, I can't play anything.

Did you have any BSOD so far? Do you experience unusual hot temperature after 5 minitues of playing games? You can check that by using everest etc...:sarc:

Nope, no blue screen. Just as I am playing the screen would go black and reboot itself without notice, then it would freeze and have that scratchy sound loop forcing me to hard reboot. It was hot out yesturday, the tower is located in a cabnet, so I don't know if it's a heat problem.
