windows has recovered from an unexpected shut down

Hi every time i shut my computer off and go to restart it. I recieve an option to boot from different safe modes. I always select start windows any way. when windows boots up i receive the following message. Please help i have no idea what is causing this issue. the Pc never shuts down when it is running i only get this message when I shut the pc down for the night and restart it the next day

I can see the BC code is 116, which is usually video issue. You might want to update or re-install your current driver
