just wondering if anyone having problems here with any adapter, or hardware not installed or installed with a correct (win7) driver, and seen the cpu usage spike up and identify it as the wmiprvse.exe spiking up and down about?
this is causing an abnormal usuage on both the cores even while "idle"... talking in the ranges of 35% and higher, got so bad after a long period today i ended up rebooting. I know in my case its this driver i am trying to use, but using it is affecting the cpu hardcore it seems. I have no other hardware that i didnt automatically install with a 7 driver on this pc, audio included.
