On screen keyboard icon shortcut not showing next to text input fields

I enabled PC Tablet Support in the windows features section of windows 7, but i still can't get windows to pop up that on screen keyboard icon that usually displays next to any type of data input fields.

My windows is NOT installed on a tablet pc, but i recently connected a touch screen to my desktop and am hoping to get the same sort of functionality like my tablet edition of xp had.

Anyone know how to make that shortcut icon appear again?

Try a few things. Start> Type in search box

Ease of access

Click on Ease Of Access Center in results above
