BSOD when playing cod4

I only get the BSOD when I play Call of duty 4, otherwise my system is stable.

My OS is Windows 7 X64 Ultimate.

I would suggest running memtest overnight and report back if there are any errors. It would seem that the system tried accessing information and the return check pointed that the information was corrupted and thus the blue screen.

I ran prime95 for 6 hours without any problem.

Run memtest86 by burning it to a disc and booting the disc before windows has loaded and ran for atleast 7 passes.
