Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 for Windows 7 issue

hello i have this 2 updates install in my pc its ok have a vista .NET Framework ?

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 e .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 2 Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 x86 (KB956250)

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 for Windows 7 x86 (KB979916)

i had windows vista before windows 7 i did an upgrade.
i had noticed that 2 programs stop working since then
nokia ovi player cannot install because don't download Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 always fails
and hp support assistant stop working

Check for Windows 7 updates, for nokia ovi player & hp support assistant.

already check nothing new .i want to know if is normal to have a windows vista update NET Framework in windows 7?like i post it
