Can ping router, can't use it

Now I can no longer connect to the internet. I can ping my router and various websites. And, going into my router setup, my router sees my PC and says everything is working fine. I'm assuming this is a driver problem since I'm using a blank hard drive. Although it's weird that everything worked a-okay yesterday.
