ive been trying to set up dual monitors vid primary monitor with a DVI cabel and secondery monitor with a VGA cabel but the second monitor won't get a signal and the computer wont find it..
Im using windows 7 x64 ultimate
ATI radeon HD 4550
i runned dual monitors before when i had windows XP but it won't work now that i have windows 7.. Both monitors work. If i just switch the DVI cabel to the second screen and the primary gets the VGA, the second screen works but not the primary when it gets the VGA. Ive been wondering if it might be the VGA port that's broken couse i can't get a signal even if i unplug the DVI and only use the VGA cabel.
