I was confused at first...installation looked normal but I couldn't find anything. Then I checked the control panel, voila, there it was. :)

If it's windowblinds, can I just use this functionality without changing my entire theme?

I used to use winshade on XP, and there are a number of other ones that will reduce a window to the title bar only when doubleclicked,...
