If you did an upgrade that's probably the problem. if you did a clean install then maybe something went wrong. But its not a common problem so maybe just reinstall

It sounds like there was a probable with the installation. Did you do an upgrade or a clean install? If you did an upgrade then just reinstall but make sure you do a clean install and maybe format...
