Yes, brand new build with Brand New everything...

Yes, brand new build with Brand New everything (except the CD Drive). I Can't boot into safe mode because there is no OS installed yet.

how did you add the bootsec to your USB?

Hi, can you explain how you were able to add the 32-bit bootsec to your USB? I'm having trouble doing it and the programs that were suggested don't work.
