I only had one restore point, which was about 3am...

I only had one restore point, which was about 3am this morning, which was when I installed the latest security update for Windows. I restored to it anyway, and WMP is still MIA :(

Just wondering if anyone ever figured this one out; I'm having the same problem. All the media boxes are checked in the Windows Media section and of course I've tried turning it off and on again....
