I try to run chkdsk but little window pops up and closes quickly like its not working help having problems with laptop wont defrag (disk error), wont restore to previous point (disk error)

I used to be able to search from address bar but now it wont work anymore even though the option is enabled in the advanced settings help please how can i fix this

I tried to restore to previous restore point but says i have errors on disk and then when i try to run the fix option says cant do while disk in use and to schedule a disk check but nothing ever...
