No. I just thought it was a completely different symptom because it said "bad_pool_caller" instead of the "irql_not_less_or equal....".

I didn't want to get the two mixed up, I guess.

Been about 4 days now and the BSOD's have ceased. Looks like Avast and Comodo were the culprits, though they worked fine together for almost a year. Might have been one or the other weren't playing...

I've been running Avast and Comodo for a year and didn't have problems, but a month or so ago I went two weeks without a BSOD and I was thinking that maybe I had Avast and Comodo stopped at that time...

Ok.....Avast and Comodo are gone and I have Microsoft Security Essentials installed.

Should I just wait for another BSOD? Was there something in the dump files that pointed to Comodo or Avast?
