I have logged in as administrator and I am trying to start up the 'Group Policy Editor' using gpedit.msc but Windows 7 can't find it. Is this something that has to be installed or comes inbuilt with...

I have unchecked the box in the power management box but that doesn't help. I have also updated the drivers. I will try updating again.
