Odd, When I purchased the PC it came with Windows XP Media Center 2005. It only shows the current BIOS as being version 3.19 for the P5LP-LE. The BIOS 5.23 is for Vista.

I'm now running Windows 7...

Guys, the update doesn't get it's release on WU until 02/23/2010. It has only been available recently as a manual download off their site. As for the update itself...there are already reports of it...

Iobit advanced system care is a really good one i was using on XP.

But be aware when cleaning the system services to don't disable registry keys you might think useless. Could be quite a pain...

I wouldn't classify NTRegOpt as a registry cleaner. It compresses the registry reducing wasted space without cleaning anything.

I use both Ccleaner and Advance System Care. Never had an issue with either of them. The important thing to remember is to use the back up feature when running either program.
