An Explorer window opens up everytime at startup

After I shutdown or reboot, when the system restarts, I see an Explorer window open up. The Explorer window is always open to the folder "C:\Windows\system". The folder is empty BTW.

The virtual memory pagefile is still important, no matter how much physical RAM you have. Windows and most other OS's use it to offload unused sections of memory in the background continuously.
