Did you try the 182.50 (Vista) drivers and create your own custum resolution with it?
Using the 182.50 drivers can be a solution to your problem but i can't remember it worked for both 32 and 64-bit...

Mostly due to the fact that Win7, although recognising the hooked up monitor correctly, uses it's own "incomplete"...

Is your monitor recognised by Windows 7 or is it recognised as a Generic PNP Monitor or something familiar?
If so, changing drivers will probably not solve your problem...
