BSOD fresh intall in laptop

Hi,

I am getting the BSOD's.
It cannot be a hardware fail because in Ubunut the system does not freeze.
Here I upload the minidump files.
The system is a laptop TravelMate 5720.

I uninstalled AVG as you told me and renamed all...

I uninstalled AVG as you told me and renamed all these files to name.old.sys because I did not want to install any driver that i wasn´t sure was the right one.But I get these two BSOD after doing so....
