UAC is a royal pain, it simply gets in the way....

New Nvidia forceware drivers for Windows 7

Nvidia has released the Official Forceware 186.18 (http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx) driver for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.

Realtek Driver causing network instability
