they're in C:\System Volume Information\Chkdsk (replace C with whichever drive letter you are having problems with). You may find those directories hidden and you may not have permission to access...

Yes but it is very annoying I have the same problem. I suspect Casper as the drive was cloned and re-created using Casper when the errors started appearing. Thye always relate to Chkdskxxx.log...
