I am on Windows 7 running the windows 7 dvd so that i can do a repair install, when i click upgrade it says I am on XP when i clearly on windows 7

Took ownership, but still no access??

I got a problem, after i click take ownership (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1911-take-ownership-shortcut.html), nothing happens i still doesn't have access to that file
