Iíve never noticed it on other windows, just the taskbar. Itís not affected the transparency. Try it if you dont like it just change the value back to what it was originally.

Wrong. there are a lot of people having all sorts of problems when trying to put 4 GB or more into a x86 win7, blue screens, reboot loops etc, etc, just google it. If you are happy to put 8GB of ram...
