4) u will see a list of programms that run on the startup
5) there u will see a option which says " disable all ". click on it.

all my drivers are upto date and the line only...

all my drivers are upto date and the line only comes when i drag it while clicking the left mouse button and goes away as soon as i stop clicking it. :(
