Installing video card drivers - Access is denied

So i am trying to install drivers for my Geforce 8800 GT on Windows 7.

Whichever driver im trying to install(ex. 275.33, 270.61, 266.77 ..) i get an "Graphics driver - Status: failed" note
and...
