When I swapped out that RAM, the system hasn't crashed yet. I think I found the culprit.

Used the SeaTools Utility for Seagate drives. Ran a comprehensive test on the drive, it passed.

Formatted the drive via the utility to ensure everything was o.k. -- threw Windows 7 back on.

Ok, I wiped the drive and put on a fresh install of Windows 7. It never even touched a mouse before it crashed. (I did install a mouse AFTER it crashed, to facilitate in getting the dump file).

This is a bit of a mystery to me.

Initially, I thought it was the Intel HD video card drivers...but now I'm not sure.

Ran Memtest, RAM is o.k. after 27 passes.
