I'm dual booting Vista/Windows7. Do I need to install an antivirus software on each partitiion or one should protect both partitions? Also, same as question regarding setting system restore...

I installed Windows7- 64bit. Can anyone please tell me why there are two Program files on my Windows7?
Program files(normal) and Program files(x86). Should it be like that?
