I think you should try using a different display if you have. As mostly those strokes across the screen everywhere are due to non-functional display, and that matches with that you get BSOD more...

It is a faulty ram which leaks data away cause all these BSOD.
So If you are facing really random BSOD, don't blame microsoft or any individual driver...
