I already did, and they didn't. Although the test could perform only with 7 FPS - so there was no much possibilities for the artifacts to appear... :)

I reinstalled the driver with the nVIdia installer which had a function of clean install. This - in theory - uninstalls all the drivers and only then installs the new ones.
