1st rule of overclocking - if you get problems always revert to standard timings. Sort problem then re-apply...

Yes you can get Windows Live Mail to read your Yahoo emails & it's quite easy to do. The same applies to Gmail.

Log into your Yahoo (or Gmail) account via your browser.
Find the options & enable...
