Immunet brings no new protection or technology to the table. Its detection rates are horrible (there is a long thread about this on Wilders). Waste of time.

Just the fact that you do "a lot of downloading" and "a lot of browsing" tells me you need something that can check the reputation of any exe you and has excellent protection against drive-by attacks...

Guess you haven't used NIS/NAV 2009, 2010. The performance is impeccable. NIS is top notch and in the top 2/3 in any test out there. NO OTHER PRODUCT HAS THAT LEVEL OF CONSISTENCY.

From a security perspective, advising someone to turn UAC off is just plain dumb. It disables IE protected mode, and that is a big loss.

Looks really slick. Other vendors could learn a thing or two about great UI design. Ofcourse, as is painfully evident, BitDefender learns a bit too much ;). They blantantly rip off all the N360 UIs.
