Microsoft c++ 2005 redistributable error + .net Framework 3.5.1. error

Hi.. wasted a lot of time.. but can't solve this.
Firsly, I installed new Windows 7 Ultimate (32bit), then i did all windows updates, but wasn't able to install MS Office 2007 or 2010 and then...
