CPU-Z is stable at 660s. My computer has not froze yet on startup but now.. on shutup it hangs on the shutdown screen. And my computer seems to be a bit slower. well feels slower to me.

I loaded setup defaults in BIOS. Nothing has changed though on CPU-Z.
